Sports Betting New Jersey

New Jersey Sports Betting – 3 New Jersey sports books rake in over $16,000,000 in sports wagers in the first 2 weeks of opening (June 14-June 30). New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement(NJDGE) released the figures that show Borgata Casino in Atlantic City, Ocean Resorts Casino in Atlantic City, and Monmouth Park racetrack in Oceanport saw their cumulative gross sports wagering revenue just shy of $3.5 million, generating over $300k for tax revenue.

New Jersey tax revenues should climb as we see new sport betting sites open around New Jersey. Online sports betting in New Jersey should open shortly.

888 Casino should have their Online sportsbook open by Mid July. We anticipate New Jersey tax revenue doubling by year end as more sports books go online. Meadowlands Racetrack, in East Rutherford, Nj (Located 7 miles from New York City) will be opening mid-July with a sports book.

Hard Rock Casino will soon open their land-based and online sportsbooks with a partnership deal with Bet365 (one of Europe’s largest sports book) as they are awaiting the NJDGE approval.
